A Powerful Combination

Thought for the Week (01/22/12 )

Our imagination helps us to “see” our dreams and visions as they can come from the spirit realm into this finite dimension.  Creating first in the non-physical form is fun and an absolute prerequisite for the demonstrations that we desire.  But once created in mind, we must then join that divine spirit energy with a physical activity to truly finalize the dream.  Dreams and dedication are truly a powerful combination.  It is said the best way to make your dreams come true is to wake up!  Let us wake up this week to bringing our dreams into reality by asking Source for direction and then taking it – one step at a time. Dream and dedicate yourself to navigate in and through divine right action at every turn and enjoy with delight your creations!  And so it is!  Rev. Gay B.

The Magic Carpet

Thought for the Week (01/15/12 )

A clean fresh slate of a glorious New Year entices us to not only let go of the past but to boldly allow our imagination full reign to let our creative juices flow into eager and joyful worlds of our own making. Would you like to take a magic carpet ride today? You can and I encourage you to do so – making up its color and fabric, its journey and destination. What lands will you see and explore? What role will you play? Be as a child and play make believe! Imagine what you like and want. God/Spirit/Source/Heaven is waiting to fulfill your desires – “But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Be open, be innocent, and be trusting and joyous! Why not? Dare to dream and see where it takes you! The best is yet to be! And so it is!

The Right Measure

Thought for the Week (01/08/12)

Starting a fresh New Year with a clean slate is both daunting and liberating for it is appropriate and important to leave behind the past that no longer serves us and bring with us only the wisdom and understanding we’ve gleaned from previous life “lessons”. In this way we can be open to joyously expecting goodness and expansion in each experience in the New Year. “With what measure you measure – it will be measured unto you”. Set your intention this week to consistently live as the Christ – accepting your oneness with and as God the Good, seeing that Truth in all and allowing your special and unique talents to be gloriously revealed in the right and perfect measure. And so it is!

Thought for the Week (01/01/12 ) In the Silence

With all the activity and glitz of celebrating a New Year and new beginnings, it is wise to start with centering ourselves to know our own inner truth, peace and divine guidance. There is time enough for all the “doings”. “Being” with who we truly are satisfies the soul and gives us guidance to chart our course. The ship will not sail without us, for we are the captain, first mate, cook and bottle washer of our lives. Dive deep within your heart of hearts this week to ask, believe and focus on making this your most glorious year yet! And so it is!    Rev. Gay B.

Merry Christmas

The bells are tolling glad tidings of great Joy for the birth of the Christ child is born anew in each one this day! It is a time to celebrate and give thanks for God’s gift to the world – sending unconditional love to the hearts of all who will receive – and thus saving us from the ignorance of isolation from our Source. “The Father and I are One” now rings true for each and every one who accepts this gift from on high. “There is nothing I can give you which you have not; but there is much that, while I cannot give, you may take. No heaven can come to us unless our minds find rest in it today. Taken heaven. No peace lies in the future which is not hidden in the present instant. Take peace. The gloom of the world is but a shadow; behind it, yet within reach, is joy. Take joy. And so, at this Christmas, I greet you with the trust that for you, now and forever, the day is re-born and the shadows fall away. Take Christmas.”(A quote from Friar Giovanni 1513)

To Have and To Have Not

Thought for the Week (11/13/11)

Life is about flow, movement and change.  Clutching to keep anything “status quo” is futile.  Stagnation does eventually lead to decay and change.  This week let’s truly live from the standpoint of allowing Divine Spirit to grow and flow through all our choices and activities.  Being grateful for what we have – this very day – this very moment – entices us to expand and broaden our acceptance of even greater Good coming to and through us.  I am grateful for what I have.  I am grateful for what I have not.  The Good I am seeking is seeking me.  I live in acceptance of a peace that passes understanding as I trust the hand of God to lead, guide and to yes, be my very life.  And so it is.  Rev. Gay Beauregard, Alpine Church of Spiritual Living

Play With Purpose

Thought for the Week (10/30/11)

There is an infinite Intelligence that is continually creating of Itself.  It is everything both in the seen and unseen realm.  We call this Intelligence God and we know It is Good.  In the holy Bible the book of Geneses describes God’s creative process, ending each account with “And God saw that it was good”. As we are made in the image and likeness of God, we too speak our word that our creations are good.  The time has come to acknowledge, give thanks and rejoice for the Good that runs in and through every element of Life.  Lighten up this week and create with playful purpose.  Joyously expecting, allowing and living in bountiful blissful blessings.  How great is that?  As the saying goes, “It’s all Good”!  And so it is!  Rev. Gay Beauregard, Alpine Church of Spiritual Living

Thanks I Needed That!

Thought for the Week (10/23/11 )

Being open to the eternal divine essence of Life will always bring us exactly what will enhance, grow and entice us to move in and through infinite potential.  Our outlook, expectations and faith all draw to us the exact equivalent of our consciousness at any given moment.  Since God the Good is the one and only Power, let us accept and know that Good is now working through all of our life experiences – no matter what the appearance may be at first blush.  In all things and in all ways give thanks for what is and for what shall be.  Say “Thanks I Needed That” with wholehearted enthusiasm and watch miracles unfold in perfect order and in perfect timing.  And so it is.

Do Over

Thought for the Week (10/16/11)

As we travel through life we bring our various experiences with us.  Sometimes recalling the past brings a smile to our face and sometimes a grimace.  There may be times when we wish for a “do over”, but in reality each moment is lived in the eternal now.  There is no changing the past – only our perception of it.  Wisdom dictates that we choose to love ourselves just the way we are – knowing we are always doing our very best at any given moment in time – as is everyone.  Learning, growing and expressing our true higher Self is the curriculum of the day.  With gratitude and expectancy our hearts and minds are set free to just perfectly Be!  And so it is!   Rev. Gay B.

Think Outside the Box

Thought for the Week (10/9/11  )

The habits of our lives are many times so slowly engrained that we grow unconscious of their driving force.  Being “comfortable” with our surroundings, expectations, relationships and endeavors may seem desirous, but in reality can actually stifle this unlimited Being that dwells within our bodies.  As we consciously unite with the unconditional Love at the core of our being, we are prodded to extend this Love outward into greater expressions.  Daily thinking outside our self induced “box” generates creative habits that free us to live life on a grand and glorious scale.  Set the intention this day to try, do and experience new supportive ways of being Love in expression.  And so it is.  Rev. Gay Beauregard, Alpine Church of Spiritual Living
